The couch was purchased about 2-3 years ago and sat in storage for about a year and a half. It is in good condition, there is a minimal amount of wear. There is a small black marker stain the size of a quarter. The couch is regularly vacuumed and had a deep cleaning 2-3 months ago. **The bed legs are slightly wobbly. When you initially pull out the bed the legs will not stand straight. You would need to adjust them to be properly straight which they do. The couch sits 3 people and has a storage while the bed is folded inside. The couch comes with 2 large cushions that are removable and washable. It also comes with 2 small side pillows which are also removable and washable.
