Must have visited over a dozen dealerships over the course of a week with this dealer being our 2nd visit.   As we continued to shop, nothing compared to the completeness and cleanliness of the vehicle at Velocity and acted as a benchmark.  We continued to negotiate over text and the salesman was friendly, straightforward and negotiABLE.  We did decide to buy here because of the vehicle and price but what I thought was really cool was that I was able to comfortably sit and do the deal with the salesman while I jacked my jaw w the other guys.  My girl's appreciation for the salesman was the first thing she commented on when driving off the lot--which wasn't what we could say about our previous purchase with another dealer.  Five stars!  Thx guys.

Bought a 2013 ram 1500 from them. There are a few imperfections on it But the price I got it for reflects that. These guys really want to help you get the right vehicle for you and do there best to get you the payment they want. I have owned the truck for a month now and still love it. I will refer people to them and plan to time back for a vehicle for my wife in the future.

UPDATED REVIEW - BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a Subaru from this dealership on 9/14/25 and picked it up about a week later. Within the first 48 hours of driving it, the check engine light came on because the catalytic converter is bad. Just barely over a month later, the car has now completely died and will not start or turn over at all. This indicates the issue was already present before I bought the vehicle.

I contacted the salesperson to notify him of the situation with the car dying, and after that message, I received no response, not even a courtesy acknowledgment. I understand that some cars are sold “as-is,” but when a vehicle fails this quickly — especially after showing warning signs immediately — the dealership should take responsibility.

O too of this. They sent the plates to the wrong address even after we messaged them with the proper address for them to be sent and ignored our request for a tracking number. Thankfully they were sent to my boyfriend's parents house instead since that was the address on his ID, but had that not been someone he knew living there it could have gone very bad with plates being sent elsewhere.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable.
I would like the dealership to either repair the vehicle, provide a replacement, or offer a solution that reflects good business ethics. Paying for a car that cannot be driven is not acceptable.

A dealership’s reputation is based on how they treat customers when things go wrong. Ignoring the problem is not customer service.

I genuinely hope the dealership will reach out and resolve this in a professional manner so I can update this review with a positive outcome.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Amazing people. They were willing to work with us at every tight corner of the application and helped us understand each little hiccup. This is the first vehicle we have ever bought from a dealership and we were afraid of the cliche issues but these guys were so awesome. They even brought us the vehicle when we had to go to this lot for the paperwork. Would buy from them again for sure!
