Very good customer service!! They were very negotiable with me and willing to work with me with having no credit, Technically I owed 1k but I got to trade in one of my old vehicles for that. I went to triad auto down the road and they didnt give any deals or even offer anything higher,this place perter creeks pre-owned is a great place for people who are looking for a car with not so good credit. I was helped by Bradley Strickland he was very helpful, kind, and very negotiable. I 100% recommend coming here!!!!

Talked to a salesperson and put a 250 deposit down to come look at a truck with low mileage at a decent price. Arrived after a three hour drive and was told they drove it around that morning, but it was dead when I went to look at it (electrical issues that are "solved" by removing a fuse that also renders the odometer useless) and the person who "drove" it did not know how to park a manual without the emergency brake (how did he drive it and park it that morning?). Took it for a drive and the engine knocked and made noises at higher rpms. They then kept my deposit because "the truck is in high demand and they turned down another person." None of these problems are acknowledged on the listing and it's about 6 weeks later and that truck is still there and 2000 dollars cheaper. They offered an engine warranty but if im spending 10k+ for a vehicle, I shouldn't be planning to replace the engine while I finance it...  Buyer beware, bring a mechanically inclined friend.

Mr. Strickland was very helpful in finding our new vehicle. Negotiating price was fair. We highly recommend Peter’s Creek Pre-Owned. It truly was a pleasure conducting business with this establishment.

So I inquired about a vehicle on their lot via telephone 4.5 hours away and was told after asking about the condition of the paint and the truck in general if it was up too par and was told it was in great shape. So I put a simple deposit down and drove the 4.5 hours to see what I can best explain as a project truck. Dents, scratches, rust, bully bar looking like a middle schooler installed, half tailed lift kit, head unit that didn’t fit, protruded out 1.5-2” from dash which was extremely loose due to broken clips. Back bumper had been through something severe but banged back together, missing bedliner and bed is completely scratched and well used and to top it off had plastic rims and they had a 19k price tag. Now, sell whatever you want, but when you say the truck is good and that’s the product, return the deposit. Unfortunately this establishment doesn’t run this way. I wouldnt trust my hard earned money buying anything from here. Buyer beware.
