I bought a car from here August 18th, the car randomly stopped at a green light on September 7th. I reached out to the dealership multiple times in hopes of speaking with the owner Mike, I never heard from him only the receptionist Jasmine or Shamika. I was told I could get the car towed to a mechanic of my choice and they would pay 50% of the repair costs and that never happened. The car broke down again on September 18th and it took a week to hear back from Mike about getting the car into their shop to be repaired. Mike was very rude and aggressive when I went to pick the car up on October 2nd. The car broke down again on October 6th and if it weren’t for my research I wouldn’t have known someone returned the exact same car I was sold for the exact same issue. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone

if you think you have no chance of getting a car here, try anyways. The team was able to get the deal done with bad credit, and minimal down. We LOVE the car and couldn’t be more grateful for how patient and kind the team was. No sharky salesmen and they keep it completely honest with you. we will be returning.

This is not a good place to buy a car, I was there on July 19th I though is was a good deal buying a Jeep but unfortunately 3 days later driving home the car turned off while I was waiting for a green light. I had to call my car insurance to tow the vehicle to my house. I called to this dealer to report the incident expecting they would take care of this issue and fix the car right away. But Mike, the salesman or manager told me They wouldn’t do anything about it, he told me that I have to pay for the repairs & the service also I have to find the way to take the vehicle to their location if I wanted them to fix the vehicle. Next day I had to pay a mechanic to come to my house to get a diagnosis & also I paid 250 dls just to take the vehicle back to them. They didn’t wanted to be responsible for anything. So I have to call the financial company to tell them about the inconveniences I was having with this people. I decided to just take the vehicle back to them and request my down payment back. They were trying to keep the deal with me so the told me They will fix the car and they let me use on of their cars until the Jeep gets Ready I have to ask them for another car because I need a vehicle to go to work also I I was asking many times for help me with the towing expenses. They promised me they will pay half of the cost for the towing but They wanted me to be back the next day at 9 am. But they didn’t have the car fixed, they didn’t have the warranty paperwork ready and Mike, was pushing me to call the financial support to let the know that we made a new agreement & he wanted me to tell them that I was very satisfied with the new deal just to make sure the bank pay them the money for the vehicle so I refused to make the phone call because the car wasn’t fixed so this guy get mad at me he took the keys for the car I was allowed to use and he told me “ If I don’t call the bank I wasn’t be able to drive his vehicle and I was One hour away from my workplace I asked him to pay me back the money I paid 4 days before ( Down payment) but he said I will Not get my money back. So I walk away and I had to request an Uber to be able to go to work. I Am very unhappy & very disappointed with the service they gave me I lost about $1000 dls in 5 days. I only drove this car for 3 days that’s horrible service It was a Nightmare. DO NOT MAKE DEALS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP

Love this place! The people are great and so is the service. I spoke with Tatum over the phone because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. She was a great help when it came to pointing me in the right direction. I was able to access the website so I could shop and was able to get an appointment the same day! The cars are even better in person and the process is so fast and simple.
