On 02/27/2025, I inquired on a vehicle that has been on Car One USA’ lot for 4 months on 3/8/2025. I made a verbal offer to sales, Luis Giro, and he accepted. I further sent a text message confirming the offer, and received a thumbs up. Due to living 4.5 hrs. from the dealer, I requested Luis send over a sales agreement with the OTD price agreed on the rebuilt titled 2021 blue Charger Hellcat Redeye. I sent text messages, called and received “we are slammed in here, but my finance will get it sent over.”

Thirty minutes prior to close on 3/1/2025, I sent Luis a text requesting the sales agreement due to driving down the following day. I further advised Luis I would be taking off work, renting a car, and driving 4.5 hrs to purchase and needed the agreed upon price to be in writing.

I then received a text message back “ They will not do $47k out the door.  This one is in excellent conditions.”  There is no “excellent conditions” on a REBUILT titled vehicle.

Stay away, I’ve now dealt with a “sketchy” buy here pay here dealership. I should have trusted these reviews. Furthermore, conduct a search of Luis Giro on Google. Do not send funds or have any involvement in this shady dealership!!

I would give 0 zeros if it gave me the option. Please don’t do business at this establishment. It seems they must have plenty of fake good reviews because this place is nothing but bad business and rude associates. They falsify paperwork to get you to sign papers that isn’t anything close to what they submit to lenders. They flat out lie about prices, doubled the price of a vehicle after signing paperwork then report vehicles stolen upon sale. I try reason with employees and they threaten and intimidate me after the facts. I couldn’t imagine dealing with this kind of frustration so just save yourself the trouble please. Reporting to bad business bureau.

Beware of This Place – It's a Scam!

I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. They use false information in their facebooks postings to attract customers in, only to try to sell them cars at inflated prices. I was particularly frustrated when I found a  listings on their Facebook page for truck at lower prices, only to discover that the vehicles was not available at all.
The lack of transparency and honesty is alarming. They seem to prioritize making a sale over building trust with their customers. If you value your time and hard-earned money, I strongly urge you to be extremely cautious. This dealership is not trustworthy, and they will do everything they can to scam you. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
