1960's Italian Crafted W&J Sloane Custom Upholstered Wingback Chair. Gorgeous French Louis XV style wingback chair manufactured by the infamous and very reputable W&J Sloane furniture company. This chair was made in Italy, and originally sold by W&J Sloane Inc. Features a solid mahogany wood frame, beautiful wood grain and original label. Covered in a very rich, designer dark navy, almost black, fabric bursting with a botanical pattern of corals, greens and light pinks. Minor imperfections but in overall good vintage condition. This very sturdy and oh-so-chic wingback chair, would be a fun statement in any bedroom or living space! I have one available for you. Measures: 38'' tall, 17'' seat height, 26'' deep, 22.5'' wide Please keep in mind all sales are final. This is a vintage piece and between 50 to 60+ years of age. Vintage pieces will still have great bones, hardwoods, dovetail joints, wood glides. The interior will look well used. All that comes with living and serving for 50+ years to the previous owners. All vintage and handprinted items will have some imperfections. <Note to my customers> I redid the bottom of the chair myself with black, upholstery dust cover. You know the black material that is on the bottom of a lot of chairs. I ordered the fabric redid it with a staple gun. I'm not a professional, but I think it looks really good and makes it a clean look. It is in great condition and comfortable. The wood on the legs is scratched, to be expected. The fabric is great. There is a small tear under the cushion. Check the pics. It can be fixed. I was going to get a small patch and fix it as well but being vintage I don't know if I should really mess with it .
