I inquired about a vehicle online and got a response by telephone in a matter of minutes.   The dealership has a low key, no frills appearance but that shouldn't steer you away from this dealership.  Rusty assisted me in the sales process.  He wasn't pushy and I feel like he was honest.  We hit a snag with my financing due to a transmission glitch with the application due to the lenders program.  Will worked tirelessly until it was resolved and I got the deal I was looking for.  My car was low mileage and a newer model year and was priced very competitively.  They charged very minimal fees compared to my last auto purchase.

Buyer Beware!!! I bought a Toyota Corolla with 28k miles with clean Car Fax. I got home and realized the window washer fluid was empty. I tried to add washer fluid and it drained out the bottom of the car. The neck was not attached to the tank and the tank was not even mounted it was just laying on the bottom. I also discovered the right head light mounts were broken. So i took the car to a shop for repairs and as they removed the front bumper to replace the head light. They discovered the bumper was just glued on and bumper hangers were bent meaning the car had been in an accident. Also the right front inner fender well was damaged. Almost 1600 dollars later and the car is still not right. Unfortunately, I’ve run out of money and will have to deal with it until i can afford a new bumper.

Ultimately, I purchased my Volvo the day after my test drive! I used CarGurus to help me with my search and scheduling test drives. Rusty Hill, sales, got in contact with me and told me I'd love it once I saw it and drove it. He was absolutely correct!

He was not pushy and explained how his dealership worked! Considering my research and the recently discounted price tag...I felt like he was genuine. We did negotiate over the course of 24-36 hours. Once I was satisfied with the deal I agreed and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Rusty was very responsive with me and my Credit union via email, phone, and text while I waited my loan to be processed. Overall, he's knowledgeable, fair, and made buying a used car pleasant.

On the day of purchase/pickup I was able to meet the GM of the dealership . Walter was very personable! This made me confident that I chose the right car and dealership for me!

The dealership is relatively small but they have loads of luxury vehicles. All of them in excellent condition!

I had been looking for six months, often & on, for the  right vehicle to replace my BMW. Something that was fun to drive but also gave me some good space options. Thankfully, the GMC Acadia that I have now will be something I can be proud of for a long time. Doc was personable and informative… Didn’t pressure me in anyway and just wanted to help with my travel needs. The Acadia is in great shape, low mileage, and not to mention my wife loves to ride in it, being higher in an SUV, than in a sedan.  Overall, I am very, very pleased and would highly suggest versatile collection for your next shopping experience.
