Description

1986 Chevy G20 fuel: gas title status: clean transmission: automatic PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD Partially built camper van. The story: I bought this van last year in May and it was already gutted out. I was basically planning to live out of it the past year and stuff didn't work out. The guy I bought it from tried to stuff every crack with some kind of sealant and began the insulation process, but it was so badly rushed that I have to tear it down and start bare. He also ripped out all the vents and windows and riveted sheet metal on the old windows holes which I should have just kept, but I was dumb and thought I could fiberglass that ish. The last 2 images are just a little bit of the process of the build- the rust was sanded and treated, the floor was solid! The guy said there wasn't any leak... there were 2 from the extended top and that's when it got hard to live out of. Basically, I don't have room or time for the van and I'd love to see it go to someone who would actually use it! Also my neighborhood HOA doesn't allow this to be stored in the driveway and I'd rather not have to store it. Yes I have gone on a road trip in the van, we went from here down the Oregon coast on 101 and it was awesome! Also, the van will be cleaned out obviously, it's a bit messy right now. Pros: Road trip ready - got it checked out by my mechanic just less than a year ago and he said that he didn't need to replace much under the hood since everything was pretty new. New battery and alternator within the last 6ish months I think? Previous owner had a brand new transmission put in when I bought it off of him Partially built out already, with a slightly thinner full size bed, multiple areas of surface tops, lots of storage, and a hanger bar for hanging clothes by the bed Somewhat new tires I can include my brand new Whynter 45quart refrigerator that can run on 12V Cons: The two leaks - I can show you where they're coming from The plexi glass cover over one of the "skylight"...
