Uncertified. But, you have eyes. This is an obviously circulated coin. All of the details are present, and perfectly legible. I have not even washed it with dishsoap. My guess is*** that by soaking some of the 119 years worth of grime off of it, using your finger tips and warm, soapy water, so as to avoid changing the surface of the coin in any way, it would look even better! *** PLEASE NOTE - Coins that have been "cleaned" lose a significant amount of their value. Do not do anything to your coin without doing your research, to be sure that you will not be making changes that you will regret.
