I spent a whole day driving up and down Garvey Ave in El Monte, which is full of used car dealers, to try to sell my car, which was actually in pretty decent condition. Finally, when I was almost losing hope and patience, I ran into Baba Auto. Leo was the manager I believe, and he was kind, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable about cars, and seemed very hardworking and diligent. He also worked quickly and accurately, meaning I didn't have to wait too long. Best of all, he was actually fair, not like half (or more than half) of the other dealers I ran into that day. Mr. Benjamin was the sales person who took good care of me and my wifey.  He was pleasant, easy to work with, very patient,  gave great detail about the car I was interested in.  He also said Baba auto would give my car a new oil change, and replace the front brakes with new rotors and pads. Also gave me half a tank of gas. These guys were sincere which was awesome.  They have integrity.

I had a great experience buying a car from Baba Auto. Benjamin was really helpful, patient, and honest, and was always available by phone/text. I accidentally overpaid for the vehicle and didn't notice — after I had already left, Benjamin called to let me know and refunded me very quickly. I love the car I bought and would definitely recommend Baba to anyone. They're trustworthy.

My first experience I am from a dealer. There is a service stereotypes I had with used car dealerships so I was cautious.

These guys went above and beyond. We had a small issue with the car and had to get it sorted out with the dealership. They took the time and installed the factory part and were great to work with. I highly recommend recommend them!
