Here is moderate heavy dresser with a very heavy hutch. This is composite wood, not solid wood. Everything works, but some of the drawer slides have some wear, so the drawers tip down more. Dresser is 68 inches wide, 30.5 inches tall and 17.5 inches deep. The hutch is 59 inches wide, 45.25 inches tall and 10.5 inches deep. This is on the second floor, I can help load the vehicle, but we need one other person to help bring down the steps. Grab this for just $50, amount is firm. First come first serve unless we agree on a time for you to pick it up. Cash only and Pickup only. Mornings are always best between 9 am and noon as I work most days anywhere from 1 till 8 or 9.
