We had a fantastic experience with Jesse at Ken Ganley Toyota Akron while my mother and I shopped for a 2022 Honda CR-V EX. From start to finish Jesse was professional, energetic, and genuinely helpful. He set up our test drive quickly, patiently answered every question we had, and when we noticed the car didn’t have floor mats he went out of his way to find spare ones for us. He even tracked down a mat for the trunk. I am moving to Washington State in November, so those mats will be incredibly helpful for keeping the car clean and well maintained during the move. Jesse was constantly running from place to place to make sure everything went smoothly a real trooper  and I haven’t seen anyone so passionate about their job in a long time. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I was originally in the market for a Chevy and I couldn’t pay Serpentini Chevy to even sell me a truck. After weeks of them not even running my credit I decided to look at alternatives. My Salesperson Jesse Willig heard my story and promised me a different experience and he delivered. He listened to what I was looking for and quickly grabbed the keys to a Tundra and we went for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but had one in transit. Total time in the dealership 20 minutes(appraised my truck in this time and was more than fair). He kept me informed of the status and had me complete some of the paperwork without stepping back in the dealership. He informed me that the truck was in and from the time I showed up to starting to head home it was less than an hour.  That’s including putting three car seats in.

Couldn’t be more impressed or more satisfied. I would have never even thought of a Toyota Tundra if it wasn’t for Jesse.  Thanks again!!!!

I had a great experience buying a new 2025 Camry LE at Ganley Toyota of Akron.  There was no pressure as Chauncey listened closely to our needs and preferences.  Camrys are in short supply, but they had an LE model on hand to drive, which was the model that I wanted.  My wife and I drove it as much as we wanted and then we talked about the colors and options that we desired.

I appreciate that Ganley did NOT add a market adjustment; we started with the sticker price.  They did not have the color and options I wanted on their lot, but Chauncey quickly found what I was looking for and arranged to transfer the car.  We picked it up at our convenience a couple of days later.  I love the Ocean Gem color!  To me it's so much better than white, black and gray.

There were no high pressure tactics in the finance office either.  Chauncey and Jeremy made it easy and a pleasure to buy a car from them.
