Clam Nanook XL Thermal hut Ice Fishing Hut

Asking $700 Selling a complete ice fishing setup due to moving to the south where I will no longer have access to frozen water. Included is a Clam Nanook XL thermal hut. This has a built around n sled and flips over for extremely fast setup and takedown. Great for run and gunning on the ice. Fishing in a tee shirt in zero-degree weather in the hut is a regular occurrence. It is from 2021 and similar new model from clam is the Nanook XT thermal with an MSRP of $699. No issues and is in like new condition. Also comes with a brand new never been used Nanook XL travel cover with an MSRP of $80. The NilS USA convertible Ice Auger can be used on an electric drill or as a hand auger. This thing cuts! Whether using on a drill or with the hand attachment getting through the ice is extremely easy. MSRP for the auger is $240. Included in the setup is a older model Lowrance Elite-5 HDI fish finder with an ice transducer and the standard transom mount transducer. This works great in several modes on the ice including a flasher mode if you prefer that view. Original MSRP was $499. Will throw in the ice scoop to clear the holes as part of the package. Asking $700 for the full setup. Will consider adding ice fishing rod and reel combos, ice fishing jigs/lures, and a buddy heater if interested and for additional cost.
