ROLA Cargo System. Weatherproof

I am selling a ROLA Cargo System (Box + Hitch and lights). I have updated the lock and weather stripping. This box is water tight. Its perfect for camping, traveling or even groceries. I have used it for all of the above. It can also be locked so no one can open it or walkaway with it. Other brands, the box can be disconnected without a key...NOT this one. I put a piece of paper inside the box before a rain storm, afterwards I took a pic to show it was still dry. I also have a swing arm mechanism (not pictured) for $200 ($600 new) as an option. It is brand new and unused.
