Okay........this, was honestly the BEST auto buying experience I have ever had. And at my age, late 50's, I have had quite a few. They have 2 lots and we started at one, finished at the other with a car for my daughter. Jonathan, or...I might be screwing that up with Johan, sorry....was one of only three honest car salesman we met all day. Here's the kicker, the three we met were all at Jacob's pre-owned, 2 different lots. Adrian and Denzel were at the other lot, down the road, where we bought a great used Honda Civic for a great price. But there is more to the story, after dealing with completely moral free salesman all day. Meeting the staff at Jacob's Pre owned was an absolute breathe of fresh air and a rekindling of my lack of faith in humanity. We showed up close to closing time in a pretty decent downpour, and on a condensed timeline to try and find a car. Never mind the rain, never mind the time...... we were welcomed and treated like we mattered. The rain did not slow them down, we were all soaked to the core by the time we found our car. And the process got a little convoluted because of our difficulties in the situation, which made everyone stay late that night. We were never made to feel like an inconvenience. Adrian had to make multiple trips out into the downpour and Denzel worked like an IT grand master to get thru the paperwork and it's complications on our end. They never said never, and they were straight forward and honest to the end. I cannot truly write enough, or well enough to express how happy I am with this experience. Some car dealers can just leave you with the feeling that you need to go home and take a shower afterwards. Not here, not with these guys. Thank you to the crew at Jacob's pre-owned!.....Denzel, Adrian and Jonathan you guys have restored my faith in the human race. I would buy again from you anytime, anytime!!! .....Thank you for how you choose to conduct business, it is truly appreciated.
