I went in today just to look at the Sportage and see if I even liked it. I was working with someone else lose much farther away but they kept pushing a lease and would not let go of it. I went and saw Jordan and he said as not pushy was super kind and listened. Yes!!! A car dealer listened. Was very transparent with me which is always nice. He sold me a 2023 Sportage and helped me figure out the gadgets. Great experience for me and I named my car which I never do and her name is Charlie!!! If you consult about buying a car here and then don't buy that car, be very careful. They can play with your social security number. I didn't even buy a car and apply the auto loan. He told me they will do just inquiry for my loan. However, they applied for an auto loan without my permission. This is the worst experience of my life!!!

Of all the dealerships we went to, we had the best experience at Kia! Albert was hilarious, knowledge, and most importantly, not pushy. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and we left with an excellent car! If you're in the market for a new ride, I'd recommend Kia.
