Had an outstanding experience with Vivian my salesperson. I highly recommend her and the rest of the team at Schumacher. From Nick, the sales manager,  to the people in finance, Schumacher will do the right thing for the customer. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the last few months and had a bad experience with a lemon from another brand. I’ve had PTSD dealing with car dealerships, but I can tell you it won’t happen again in the future because I’m not going anywhere else. Outstanding service.

I initially brought my car in for overheating issues. It took two days before anyone looked at it and an additional three days to complete the repairs. While the car seemed fine at first, a week later, I noticed coolant leaking again.

I also asked the team to check my remote key fobs, and I was assured they were fine. However, one fob stopped working a week later, leaving me stranded until I could locate the spare.

When I called back, I spoke with Janet, the service manager, who was empathetic and understanding. She is the sole reason I am giving three stars. Unfortunately, my experience with Nestor was the opposite—his attitude came across as cold and dismissive.

I was scheduled for an appointment this morning at 9 a.m., but I couldn’t make it due to my work schedule, as the confirmation text came in late the night before. I’m now waiting for a callback to reschedule.

I will update or adjust this review once the issues with my car have been fully addressed.
