Fantastic vintage 1950s ceramic and brass lamp designed by Gerard Thurston for the Lightolier company. The lamp is nicknamed the “Parabolic Fin” lamp and has a porcelain body made up of 4 fins with alternating concave dark and light brown glaze. The body sits atop a metal base and feet. Like most Lightolier lamps it has a three-socket configuration with either 1-light, 2-light or 3-light functions. The lamp has been cleaned, polished, rewired and includes large vintage shade and metal finial. It’s in good vintage condition with no chips and includes bulbs. This super rare lamp is currently selling for $1.5K-$3K on the net. Lamp measures 38”H to top of finial with base of 6" x 6", shade measures 16”H x 15” Diameter.
