Went in to buy a car cash. Was treated like I didn’t have money because the car I pulled up in was in the process of bodywork. Some blonde girl pulled up and the salesman started thinking with the wrong head. Just because someone doesn’t look like they have money, doesn’t mean they don’t. They had a nice s2k, they lost the sale in that. Had a budget of $40k. I ended up going next door and got treated like an actual person.

While there I did look at a few cars. The ones that were unlocked at least, the salesman was apparently too busy to grab keys. One of which was a bmw suv, covered in oil leaks, viable half assed attempt to pressure wash the engine bay. Some of their cars are alright, but definitely get a poi from a 3rd party before buying here.

My Dad and I were interested in a Subaru BRZ and Frank Davila helped us out when we got there. He was so nice to us and was able to work with us on a trade-in. He even helped get the car out of a tight spot for us to test drive, and it went well! We left the dealership with the car because of him, so thank you Frank. You made the deal happen.

*Very bad customer service, I called to see if I could negotiate a price for the red Alfa Romeo they have with 2 accidents, 1 owner and frame damage reported listed on their website. To my surprise I was “dealt” with by a rude sales man who spoke over my every word after I mentioned negotiating the price. The price was listed as 14,999 and I offered 13,500$. His response was very rude - “ no and the manager will not speak with you or any customer about pricing and I’ve worked here for 5 years. I’ve never seen him drop a price a penny lower” (which was a lie, I’ve been watching this car for about 2 months drop in price due to bad reviews and poor customer retention/service). I then asked if I could come in  personally to meet someone to see if we could work something out and before I could finish my sentence I was talked over and then rudely hung up on……yup that was my experience. I’ll be taking my 13,500 elsewhere thank you 😊 *

I got my BRZ from them and they were MORE than helpful. They helped with any questions we had and helped the process be as smooth as possible. The whole team was kind & inviting.

Nice people but…… Place is a robbery, they use their own banks for financing and try to force you to pay for a anti theft device and their own warranty for an extra $5000 fee which they don’t mention don’t waste your time here. Came to finance an Acura for $8000 they had listed with $2000 down and tried to charge me $16,200 after vet very shady
