2009 Mazda Rx-8

Original series 2, salvage title. Registration is current. Was crashed in front left driver side by first owner and fixed by second owner, and separate incident in rear passenger where second owner spun out and bumped the freeway divider. Current picture is how it sits now. Rear bumper needs new clips just bulges out a little. When I went to look at the car I brought my own jack and stand to inspect the frame for any damage/bend and it is straight. 13B Renisis engine was said to have been rebuilt by 2nd owner, showed me paper work for service but parked it saying it had a cooling issue. I compression tested and the engines front rotor housing peaked at 70psi and the Rear was at 100psi. Minimum from Mazda is 85. With that said I was ready to pull the engine and rebuild but hot or cold it always starts. No running issue after I did a tune up, drove it from LA to Hesperia and back immediately to try and push the engine, I had AAA incase but it was good. I just passed smog legally so smog is good for 90 days from today and transferable for new buyer. Came with aftermarket header, cat less mid- pipe, and Greddy cat back. I swapped a stock header and catted mid-pipe for smog and passed clean no issues after I got it running, trust me I was surprised. Will not come with catalytic converter mid-pipe. That will be your problem to resolve next smog 2 years from now. Will include aftermarket header but will leave the stock header on, it significantly quiets it down. Comes with AEM intake, I just replaced the filter instead of cleaning it. Motul 15w-40 semi-synthetic and Mazda Oil Filter. Brand New D2 Coilovers will stay on. Will not come on these wheels. Bring your own. 6spd manual transmission A/C works, just replaced a leaky o-ring and was charged properly where I work. Has sound system and a sub in the trunk. Car is fun. Looking for trades or cash. I want to keep it, but sucks on gas and I have other cars so I just got it refreshed and looks like it’s not dying anytime soon.
