Google Reviews

Highly recommend this place, great customer service. Laura helped me choose the right set up for my jeep..good service and really good deals on my 22s rims and 33s tires for my 2026 jeep gladiator, definitely will come back to get more packages for my other trucks..

I gotta say was a smooth Transaction. I told him I wanted 20” MRR wheels and he made it happen. H is the man!! I will be doing a lot more business with him. Don’t listen to the bad reviews!!!! This place is my new Go to for all my car needs.

Man H is the guy! Patient, respectful, knowledgeable and on point! Integrity is everything to me so I traveled 6 hours each way TWICE to handle business with H

Was happy with my experience buying my wheels but im giving one star because one of my wheels cracked. When i called to file a claim with the warranty I purchased, I couldn’t because the only damage they cover are for natural disasters. How are natural disasters going to affect a set of wheels ? The guy there doesn’t want to make it right so ill never spend another dollar here and I recommend anyone else doesn’t either.

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I sent an inquiry last February 27 regarding their available rims. Chris called me and had a good conversion. I told him I’ll try to visit their shop since I’m still checking my options. I decided to go there the following day and drove 45 mins from my place. I spoke to the lady there and the guy named H. He was cool. I’m willing to do it on that day, declining their offer to do financing but they said they can do it on Monday or Tuesday. I said, “let me think about it” and will get back with them. When I arrived home, I saw my friend post his set of rims and wheels and just bought it. I went to a vulcanizing shop to install it. Unfortunately, the lug nuts were not a good fit and the strut bolt broke. The guy asked me to go to No Limit and guaranteed they could help me out with the right one. They sold me the lug nuts for $200! Seems that that I thought that was the best option I just bought it. Went back to the vulcanizing shop on the following Monday to take care of the set of wheels and the broken strut bolt. The lug nuts is also not a good fit and the other guy asked me to go to the nearest Advance Auto and if it’s not available, in Autozone. Went to Advance Auto and luckily, it’s available for only $49! After my car was fixed, I went back to No Limits Performance. They’re still close but H was there and talking to someone. I joined in on their conversation. When they open, I went inside and the lady told me they didn’t do returns but offered me change of products! I told them they gave me the wrong product and I have no use. On top of that they their product is too expensive!!! They offered me store credit, but what do I do with that if I don’t want to deal with them! I even talked to their supervisor Pablo and was not a good help! Unfortunately, consumers here in IL are not protected by No Return and No Exchange rule. I wasted my money and time with them. I’m going to make sure that my WORSE EXPERIENCE with these people and business will spread to the car community! These are the kinds of establishments that don’t deserve support from everyone and should be out of business.
