Free Light Grey Sectional with Right-Arm Chaise. From Ashley Furniture. Very comfortable. Smoke free home. Some fabric damage from cats scratching the sides and underneath the couch. Water spots on fabric as well. We have easily cleaned these with distilled water in the past. The couch is structurally sound. Must pickup in Burbank. We will have one person who can help load, but you must bring at least one person who can help load into your vehicle. The couch is currently on the ground floor of our building, so it will be easy to load up. Dimensions: 94” wide x 37” deep (except for the chaise) Chaise is 67” long/deep 18” floor to top of seat cushion 30” back of couch height Seat depth 24” Couch is in 2 sections: a 2 seat love seat and chaise. Chaise is on the right (when looking at the couch) and cannot be switched to the left. It can be easily moved up and down stairs with 2 adults.
