Mid Century Fish Spatula-Serrated

This is a fish spatula, also known as a slotted turner. It is a kitchen utensil with a thin, flexible, slotted blade and a beveled edge that is designed to slide easily under delicate foods like fish fillets to flip or lift them without breaking them apart.
