Gorgeous bikes , fair pricing, amazing staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Not sure what else you could want from a shop but they have it all. Cant imagine buying anywhere else

Great staff and great customer service. Unfortunately the brand new bike I bought from them had problems they could not diagnose. Brought it back to them 3 - 4 times within my warranty and they didn't know how to fix the issues I described, even leading up to leaving it over a weekend at their shop. The encouraged me not to go anywhere else to get my problems fixed. The problem still wasn't fixed and now my warranty is expired.

Buy from them but find another repair shop.

Absolute rip-off!! They advertised on their website a 150cc bike for 1,499.00. I drive there and it's a classic "bait-n-switch". They tell me they don't have any bike like that with that price and they then show me a bike that's $500 more expensive. So I pull up their website and show them. The guy goes to the office and comes back with a woman who explains that they don't have that bike because the manufacturer is out of stock. I advise them they should remove the bike from their website if they don't have the bike and the woman tries to tell me I should have called and checked their stock first and as for the bike being on the website, she tells me the website is more like a catalog and not in stock inventory. Ok, then I'd like to order the bike from your "catalog". She says no, they can't do that because the manufacturer is out of stock and they don't know when or if they'll ever get the bike again. Apparently someone does not know what a Catalog is, lol. I again advised to remove the bike from their website and maybe stop trying to scam people with a lower priced bike that doesn't exist just so you can get them in the door and try to sucker them into a more expensive bike.
