Manufacturer Chas Parker Model 288 1/2 Country of Origin USA Weight 118 pounds Jaw Width 5" Jaw Opening 6" Anvil? No Replaceable Jaws? Yes Pipe Jaws? Yes but missing Base Type Swivel Vice should be properly restored. It is not opening cause it is missing the front collar that screws in to hold the handle from moving out shouldn’t be hard to make a piece for there or find one on eBay. Also missing the pipe jaws. Rare Vise non the less. I have never seen one this size in the wild. Got this many years ago on eBay when I was restoring vintage tools and never got too it. I believe it is the largest model they manufactured. I set a 5” Wilton bullet next into it for size ref. Thx
