1984 Ford Mustang

1984 Mustang SVO Fox Body. Roller, no engine. Does have the transmission and rear end, suspension, etc.. Originally purchased as a parts car, but I’m going a different direction with my Mustang projects now. Overall, it’s a very straight body. As the picture show, there’s surface rust under the hood, but the rest of the body shows nothing of the sort. No evidence of prior collision damage, which of these cars is becoming more and more rare all the time. If you’re looking for either some SVO parts, or a very good starting point to build a Foxbody project, this is a great car. However, keep in mind as the picture show, it’s going to be a full restoration if that’s your choice. The SVO offered five lug hubs/wheels, four wheel disk brakes, limited slip, and a T5 transmission. That’s all in place, as is most of the 4cyl engine (turbo is not present). Ideally, this is a great card to swap a V8 into. odometer shows 42,479 miles. Not sure if it’s turned over or not, but by the condition of the pedal pads it’s very possible that this is original miles. I just don’t know for sure. Mostly irrelevant though, since this would best be a candidate for a drivetrain swap.
