Description

I have solid oak dining set which includes the table (59x40 w/o the leaf, 75x40 with it), a hutch (56x18x81h), 4 side chairs, and 2 end chairs. The set is quite heavy duty, and was manufactured by Kincaid. The color description is ‘Pearlized Oak’. It is perfectly fine as is but finish shows a but of wear… since it is real wood, you could easily apply a some TLC to make it look new and refinish it in a color you prefer. All of the glass and wood is undamaged, so sanding and staining/painting is all it would need. I would have taken better pictures, but the decision to get rid of it was made after it was moved out of our dining room to replace the floor. The table disassembles, but you will need a truck to pick this up.
