I recently purchased my 2024 Mercedes from here and I can’t say enough about how incredible DJ made the entire process. From the moment I walked in, DJ was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He never made me feel rushed or pressured — instead, he took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was confident in my choice.

DJ’s professionalism and genuine passion for helping customers really stood out. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, exciting, and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new Mercedes, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service DJ provided from start to finish.

BUYER BEWARE — Misleading Sale, Undisclosed Damage, and Completely Unprofessional Service

I purchased a vehicle from Guaranteed Motor Cars in Palos Hills and was completely misled. The car showed up with over 2,000 more miles than what was advertised. On top of that, it reeked of cigarette smoke and had visible body damage—none of which was disclosed during the sale.
All which was noticed immediately upon delivery!
I have called and left messages, as well as sent emails.

That alone would be enough for a serious complaint, but it gets worse: when I called to discuss these concerns, I was hung up on by Gus, their so-called “customer contact.” No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just completely dismissive and disrespectful.

This is not how you treat paying customers. This dealership clearly lacks integrity, transparency, and any form of professional accountability. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and disrespected!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Guaranteed Motor Cars was extremely disappointing. From the very first visit, they pushed add-ons like maintenance plans and gap insurance that I didn’t want, trying to sell them as “only $20 more a month,” which actually added nearly $5,000 to the total cost. I had declined gap insurance, but when reviewing the contract I caught that they had added it in anyway.

The car itself was not in good condition. It was delivered with less than a quarter tank of gas, dirty both inside and out, with a strong odor that they claimed had been “detailed.” My brother and I later did a much better job cleaning it in our own garage. On top of that, the tires and brake pads were extremely worn and had to be replaced almost immediately. The car also had 2,000 more miles than what was advertised, and when questioned, they told us that it must have been a typo. The key they provided was a cheap aftermarket one that interfered with features like keyless entry, and the spare key wasn’t even cut to fit the car.

Shortly after purchase, I noticed water leaking through the windshield into the headliner when I took the car through a car wash. While they eventually agreed to repair it, the process was terrible. It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone, I was constantly put on hold or hung up on, and updates were almost impossible to get. When I finally went to pick the car up, I was left waiting for over an hour because the windshield repair person had taken off with my key, and when the service manager returned with it, he disappeared again, leaving me sitting around even longer. To make matters worse, the windshield “repair” itself looks rushed and unprofessional, leaving me concerned about the quality and longevity of the fix.

Overall, the entire process was unprofessional, frustrating, and filled with shady practices. Between the dishonest sales tactics, poor communication, and sloppy service, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
