I would have given a zero if that was an option. I've been a firearms dealer for 35 years. I had a customer looking for a Marlin 1895G and found a used one with this company. I spoke to Marcelo who was very nice. I paid a premium for the rifle as it was listed in Very Good Condition on Guns.Com. When I received it the entire exterior was covered in rust which I spent 2 removing. Not a huge deal but the muzzle crown was covered in rust and requires a re-crown. Also the front sight hood that was pictured in the add was not received. I had an extensive email exchange with a woman name Shawna. She wasted a tremendous amount of my time asking stupid questions so I sent her photos (See below) and asked about the sight hood to which she accused me of lying. I asked for a reimbursement for the re-crown ($100) and the sight hood. She told me to pound sand sighting that the fine print at the bottom of the add stated a condition as being GOOD. This rifle was less than good and not mechanically sound. I gave up fighting with her as she clearly has little to no knowledge of firearms and I will eat the repair costs but wanted to let the rest of you know that you should NOT purchase anything from this company online. Inspect the item in person and closely as this company is dishonest and has terrible customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Staff is friendly and super cool. That said, their used gun prices are CRAZY! Literally charge more or the same as the gun would cost new! For example, for a used Taurus G3 they want $299! You can pick those up brand new for under $250 all day. Same for a used Rock Island Armory 1911 they want $499 that is the MSRP for a new one and most gun shopes sell them brand new for $300 or under. Picked up the same model for $279 a few months ago. Unfortunately even though they have great friends staff, I would go elsewhere if your looking for a used gun. Absolutely insane pricing! Here's an example from Sportsmans Warehouse. Same gun they want $499 for a scratched up 1911 you can get brand new for $369!

This place has so much wonderful stuff and the staff is nothing but helpful and they always have just what I'm looking for for like half the price and they will negotiate a few dollars here and there but remember they are a business so just remember that buy they are always wonderful to talk to and have nothing but good answers for any questions
