This is a really high quality couch and chair. It’s just old and there are a couple of minor (very smalll) tears in the fabric on the chair and couch. But hardly noticeable. The ottoman is more scratched up. You don’t have to take the ottoman if you don’t want it. The couch and chair are very comfortable. I bought couch covers for it to cover up the fabric and covered the ottoman with a blanket. Couch - 80in wide 36 in depth. Chair - 43 in wide 36 in depth. Ottoman 31 in by 29 in. Porch pick up.
