I bought a car back in June through Goose, and the experience was outstanding. He was incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I love my truck that I bought, but 5 minutes after leaving the TPMS light came on and says I have no air in one of my tires.   I called the next morning because I bought extra tire warranty and was told it wasn't covered.  I thought that since it happened right after I bought the truck they would have offered to take care of it but nope.   The afternoon after I bought truck the drivers side window switch panel went out.   I understand it was a used truck.  I was just surprised that within a 24 hour period I was having issues.
Other than that I'm very happy with my truck and the friendliness of the employees

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Transmission Issues Ignored

I’m very disappointed with my experience. My 2018 Ram 2500 truck began having transmission problems within the first year of ownership, around 20k miles, while it was still under warranty. It also only has 40k miles on it currently. The transmission component has continued to fail repeatedly, and now that the truck is out of warranty, I was told that Ram/Stellantis will not assist with the repair — even though this is clearly a recurring defect that started early on and should have been fixed correctly the first time.

My truck has been at the dealership since May, and I didn’t receive any update at all until the end of June. For over a month, I had no communication, no diagnosis, and no guidance. That alone is unacceptable. I asked for a vehicle and they couldn't provide that courtesy. After finally reviewing it, they told me the transmission failed again—and now they want to charge me $1,600 just to return my truck to me in pieces on a tow truck because they won’t reassemble it unless I pay for the entire repair myself.

It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to have a major issue like this happen so early in ownership and then be left to pay out-of-pocket for something that should have been resolved correctly the first time. I expected more from Ram Arapahoe given their reputation for customer service.

I hope this review helps others be aware of potential long-term issues and the lack of support when a known problem returns after they "fixed" it. Its incredibly disappointing and I hope no one has through go through this, ever.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped us select the right vehicle to fit our needs and wants.  He took the time to do a walk through if the vehicle operations and addressed minor concerns we had.  We are very satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle and the professionalism of the sales associate we wished with.  It was a painless,  no pressure experience

My husband and I went to the Auto Nation Dodge Ram and Jacob was our sales associate. He was absolutely amazing. So sweet and was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns about buying a used vehicle. There were some issues with the car since it is a 2011 Ram 1500. But that is to be expected and he said with the package we get, we can come back and they can fix it for us for free which is so so helpful. Overall I would say our experience was good. Pretty quick. We got there at 6:30pm and I think left around almost 7:45pm. Thank you everyone for your kindness and giving us our new favorite vehicle!!!
