This Antique matchbox case is made of brass lightly patinaed with age, intricately carved jade, with a later of glass sitting between the other two materials. This is in pretty good condition after cleaning a century's worth of dust from the crevices. Brass and jade containers in this style were made in the 1920s and 39s.
