These are substantial, well-made chairs with heavyweight upholstery and sturdy construction — a very different feel from lightweight mass-market accent chairs. The matching pair has a great loveseat effect when placed together, but either chair also works beautifully on its own. They lived in a home office and were rarely used for seating, so the upholstery and cushions remain in exceptional condition.
