Very unprofessional. Bought a 2018 BMW from them which I absolutely love. However, I drove 8 hours to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival the car was not detailed nor gassed up. One of the young men there claimed to have detailed it but nothing was done.They told me they’d cashapp me gas money and I never received it and it’s been nearly a month.  I get the car home and it starts throwing a code for a SOS emergency call button that was never explained before purchasing. Also, the back breaks started squeaking and had to replace them. The problem is they said the brakes were just done. There was no oil change done on it, like they claimed so I got that done. The odometer button on my dash does not work which they failed to mention. They claimed there were run flat tires on it but that was a lie as well, in fact one of the tires doesn’t hold air at all. So all of these things they lied about cost me and ruined my car buying experience. IF you do happen to purchase from them, I recommend speaking to Jerome. He was the only one that seemed to care. Alex the finance manager gave me heavy anxiety but fixed his mess up and got me a lower payment. I knew I was buying a used car but it’s very lazy to not fix the small things and lying while receiving 15k from the purchase. Damn near feels like I bought a car from Matilda’s daddy the way they’ve lied.

Been looking for 7 weeks for a car local to me. Seven, long and arduous weeks that got me nowhere. Finally, I found a car online that I was interested in, so I messaged mega Auto outlet, and not only did they have the car I wanted, they accommodated a multiple State crossing deal. ! The most incredible thing behind it was, The team made every attempt to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for! Not only that, they offered me a warranty for 2 years that was actually cheaper than what most of the dealerships were trying to charge. Long story short, this was an excellent experience, and although they are in Virginia, and we are in New Jersey, I'm going to have to keep them on my list for when I look for my next car.  Thank you Mason for accommodating, I look forward to doing business in the future!!!

This is a place where it’s just money over anything I had purchased a dodge challenger from here it needed new valve cover gasket upper and lower intake manifold gaskets a new oil housing along with tires the car was listed with 115k on the dash when I went in it had about 118 on it. I called up and asked if they could take a look at it because they had said the engine had came with 1 year warranty with them but when I had spoke with them I was told that I would have to buy an additional warranty for them to be able to take a look at the car. Got lucky that I know how to work on cars. They rush you into signing papers  so if you back out they ask you for the $999 fee even though that’s not how that works it’s a big risk buying here please take someone that knows about cars with you or just look somewhere else!!!

Mohammad Rabah is an excellent service manager. He was friendly, honest, and very helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. Great customer service—I highly recommend him!
