Moving to a new place and daughter does not have any space in the new place as the ceiling are not high enough to fit this bed. Bed was used literally for 3 months for my 10 year old, Bed is in excellent condition! Furniture unit is a bit bulky will need truck to move if interested! Unit has lots of cool features stairs, railings, usb plugin as well as regular plugs to run electrical units.Will help break the unit down and help carry it out to load up in truck! Bed was hand selected from raymour n Flanagan Furniture store and retails for well over two thousand dollars. I am looking for atleast 700 cash and am pretty firm on the price.
