These people were nice to us but the car they sold us came with a bad water pump and has been giving us so many problems. I regret buying it. Do your research and take the car to a separate mechanic to get a review before you buy. Naranjo charges $200 to allow you to take it to a separate mechanic but they would have caught our problem. Newer cars over 2010 or so are just garbage and don't last over 100,000 miles. That's why they are cheap. For the price of what we are paying after repairs tires and extended warranty we could of got something much newer. So disappointed 😞

Had a great experience! Even though I live out of town, Richard and the team had everything ready when I arrived. They’re knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly, making the process smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best places to buy a vehicle. Thank you!

Honestly I have terrible credit and these guys got me this beautiful car with a down payment so low I couldn’t say no and got my monthly payments rite where I requested without all the haggling like other dealerships, definitely would recommend coming to this dealer first!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had using Turo. The host operates out of a car lot that also doubles as a “Turo Hub,” but they do not follow Turo’s guidelines or reflect the values of the platform. From the start, the experience was uncomfortable and borderline invasive. The host (or someone working with them) admitted to watching and monitoring us, even when we were completely off their property. It felt more like surveillance than customer service.
They enforce strict, inflexible pickup and drop-off times, which they do not advertise anywhere on their listing. Worse, they didn't inform us of these rules until it was too late, leaving us stranded and without options. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
To top it off, after the trip, they submitted a false claim that there had been smoking in the vehicle. This is absolutely untrue — since they were literally watching us and they would have clearly seen my husband get out of the car and walk away to smoke while I turned in the vehicle, respecting the rules. The false accusation feels retaliatory and petty, and it calls their credibility into serious question.
If you’re looking for a smooth, trustworthy Turo experience, avoid this host at all costs (Diana) They misuse the platform, create a hostile environment, and leave you feeling more like a criminal than a customer.If you plan to purchase a vehicle here Id also be mindful it may have once been a turo .

Got a family suv very nice customer service and good payments all wish they didnt lie about brakes being recently changed bought 1 month ago and they started giving out 2 weeks ago but thank god we don’t use it everyday just make sure you take time and take a good look at at the vehicles 🤭
