Been sitting since I bought it over 3 years ago and never used it. 2007 Komfort Kamper by Thor, model 261, it's 29 ft with a 14ft slide out. It has a small leak with the slide open and has a small soft spot in the kitchen dining table area (in picture marked with tape "x") also a soft spot in the bathroom area from a window being left open. So will need to be resealed for sure and flooring fixed. Fridge works, stove works (needs propane )heater and AC worked when I bought it. New CD player but needs installed. Needs a new microwave. Awning was new 4 years ago and I left it opened during a wind storm resulting in it breaking the screw from the frame. I have paperwork on the newer AC unit and a big stack of other paperwork and manuals for all the things installed. Couch is decent and folds out for a bed. Dining table turns into a bed as well.Has shower outside in the very back. No broken glass. Could use new carpet. Really spacious with the slide out and has tons of potential. It's basically just an extra storage and I'm tired of looking at it. Paid $9,500.00. cash and asking $3,200 firm because of the fixed it needs.Clean title in hand. Can view in the mornings before I go to work or Sun/mon anytime. Sold as is . No trades or flakes please and Thank you. Located near Good Samaritan hospital in Puyallup. Sunday and Monday is the best time to see it as I work during the day and evening on other days.
