Very good customer service!! They were very negotiable with me and willing to work with me with having no credit, Technically I owed 1k but I got to trade in one of my old vehicles for that. I went to triad auto down the road and they didnt give any deals or even offer anything higher,this place perter creeks pre-owned is a great place for people who are looking for a car with not so good credit. I was helped by Bradley Strickland he was very helpful, kind, and very negotiable. I 100% recommend coming here!!!!

They were absolutely awesome to work with. They were very fast as well. Another car lot I was working with out of 10 vehicles I wanted, none were available. But Bradley had everything set up for a vehicle I wanted in a few hours. I’d definitely recommend them for a used car.

I bought my car in December! and it’s MARCH still NO TAGS I have got pulled over twicee . My tires are dry rotted on the inside come to find out Austin told me it’s nothing he could do about that I took that on the chin but NOW TODAY I come from leaving a store and my car won’t start , dash is saying key not detected I called the dealer asked to speak with a manager or Austin (salesperson who sold me the car) got hung up on called back now woman who answered says she is the manager I explain my frustration with her,  no empathy was showed ..I was told I had a two month warranty/2000mile  basically it’s been more than two months so nothing they can do about it . I just hope I haven’t purchased a lemon?!?!  the service I received in the beginning when I first got the car ,was great ..seemed like it went smoothly….NOW totally different 3months down the line NO TAGS DRY ROT TIRES AND PUSH START NOT WORKING….. i could imagine what the future will hold with this unprofessional place !!
