1973 Honda XL250 project bike - clean title

Picked this up a few months ago as a project forgetting that i already have plenty of projects. Will need some work to get running (SEE PICTURES!) relatively low miles,engine seems good (has compression). Lots of superficial rust. Frame and exhaust could use acid bath. The tank will have to be patched or scrapped. As mentioned this is a project! People keep looking at this and contacting me thinking theyre going to get it up and running with an oil change or something. This is for mechanics with a garage full of parts or someone who wants to become that. Tires, wheels and forks are toast. Key still matches ignition and seat lock. Would consider trade for an old offroad 250 (80s/90s/whatever) could add cash if necessary.
