Matt and everyone I met at Supreme Motors were friendly and welcoming. In October of 24, I drove several hours to get there to look at a Toyota Camry.  Matt offered to let me take it for a test drive which I did and the vehicle ran great so I purchased it.  I have been very happy with the Camry.  The guys who delivered it to me a few days later were also very helpful and a pleasure to talk with.  I have been recommending Supreme Motors to friends of mine who are looking for a good vehicle because my experience there was so positive.  I greatly appreciate and highly recommend Supreme Motors!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on August ‘24 It’s now September ‘25 , and I’m still dealing with major issues.

While I understand the vehicle was sold as-is unless covered by a pre-existing warranty, the amount of failure I’ve experienced is absolutely unacceptable.

Just under a month after purchase, I faced a $1,200 repair bill that my extended warranty didn’t cover. Since then, I’ve replaced parts in the coolant system four times, had the brakes and rotors replaced within three months, and experienced two transmission failures (only one was covered). Now I’m left without a working vehicle, and the mechanic is recommending a complete engine replacement.

The staff at this dealership offer nothing but excuses and scripted responses. There’s been no accountability, no support, and no genuine effort to help resolve anything.

Please do your research and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Called ahead to ask a question about a vehicle on their lot, it had a failed inspection. He said it was something minor but I wanted to see the inspection report ahead of driving down (I don’t have a car), I was hung up on and treated very harshly. Eventually he did end up telling me what the problem with it was but the way he treated me completely turned me off. I would’ve walked up in there and paid cash if the sales person was more professional. Everyone has bad days but a customer should never be on the brunt end of that. Do better bro.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Supreme Motors. Matt was amazing, he was patient and knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The environment was so welcoming and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He helped me to find something within my budget and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and smooth. Alex was also incredibly kind and really helpful in his recommendations of what I might have liked.

Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction really sets them apart, not to mention great prices! If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership, Supreme Motors is the best there is. I really can't recommend them enough! I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back with any future car needs!

"Used Car Salesmen" not this group. They are professional, courteous, appreciative,  and knowledgeable.  Not pushy at all. Intune to what your needs are and they try their best to accommodate you. Honest deals with good prices!
