Karina is still great. But beware of what ur buying from these people. Store manager was contacted regarding an issue with the DEF system. I am a certified master tech … told them exactly what was needed to fix the issue. Not even 12 hours after the sale, the van stopped because of improper DEF fluid level readings. ……. Spoke to Sebastian , agreed to bring van back for repairs. Stayed with them for 2 days …. Just to see that everything is STILL THE SAME…. In fact DEF fluid spilled all over the res and top of cooling fan… 2.. seems like they tried a bypass method and left missing piece off the bank itself that’s vital to its operation.

I don’t leave bad reviews but beware of what ur buying and the people that promise to fix things. Always bring a mechanic with u to ensure a fix is fixed properly and not backyard mechanics to sell a car

We bought a van with this company and we had it shipped out of state. Upon receiving the van we drove it and within the first few miles we knew the transmission was acting up. Put it in the shop and was told the transmission was bad. Contacted the car store and they wanted nothing to do with us. Would not call back and when we finally talked they didn’t want to do anything about it.  They said it was fine when they sent it. I will never do business with them again. I work hard for what I have and don’t appreciate how they do business.
