Here is one of two Bumbo booster seats my wife acquired for our twin daughters. My wife purchased this new in late summer or early fall 2023, so it meets all current safety standards. It’s suitable for infants and toddlers between roughly 8-20 months of age, and we used it between October 2023 and September 2024 with our girls. These come with the restraint belts as clearly shown, and also include a few other important features. The purple seat cushion can be removed for older/bigger toddlers, and the design rectifies some of the problems the earlier Bumbo seats had by including wraparound straps to go around a chair back and chair seat for secure use. The tray also neatly slides into the back of the unit for easy transport, and snaps firmly to the front for secure use and cleanliness. This has been thoroughly cleaned of all food residue and detritus, and can be used flat on the ground or strapped to a chair using the retractable straps whose clips are visible on the sides of the chair.
