I've had my car for 2 months now and everytime I've needed help or had any questions Josh was more than happy to help me out and answer them for me. Seriously a sweetheart and the coolest dude ever 🥹 I couldn't suggest a better dealership! My car is going amazingly and hasn't had a single problem since the purchase.

I was helped by Josh and he was the kindest and most helpful car salesmen I’ve ever met. I used to work for a large dealership as a technician and interacting with the sales people was always a nightmare. I was wary going into this, but I walked out excited about my new truck and overjoyed with the service. They were easy to work with and I felt like I got a great deal. If I ever need another new vehicle I won’t go anywhere else!

I almost bought a vehicle from Josh, he seemed honest and eager to make a deal. But then his manager/the owner stepped in and gave me total Harry Wormwood vibes, bragging way too much about what he drove, as if he was going to impress someone with it. No thanks, there are so many better, honest, dealers right down the road!

I'm glad I finally got a full refund for the tin box I purchased. I bought a Ford fiesta for $7200. The first time I drove it on the freeway, the car was working overtime to get up to the speed limit. The transmission was slipping. The AC wiring was all messed up so it blew out of all the vents, regardless of the settings. I notified the dealership. Brought the car back and was carless for a week. I got a random call from a body shop asking me for $800 for a transmission inspection. I told the dealership I wanted my money back. Luckily, I was referred to this dealership by someone who knew the owner. When I went back to the dealership, I was talked down to by someone I had previously never met. No idea who this dude was. I politely asked to please get my refund after he told me I'm only getting a refund because I know someone. That was last Tuesday. I had my partner call yesterday to see if the refund had processed (while I was on the phone with my bank verifying the refund). She spoke to Joe. Someone else we hadn't interacted with. He was completely unprofessional and out of line. Basically told us we're on our own and we have to figure it out. Fabian (the sales guy who sold me the human mouse trap) was really nice. The only complaint I have about him is he was really difficult to get a hold of throughout the process. Overall this place was a nightmare to deal with. Thankful to never go back there again.
