Server PC 64GB Ram 2 Xeon CPUs 2 No Hard Drives

Don’t have to sell it, but I’m debating selling it because I haven’t used it in a few months $500 or best offer or potentially might consider trades NO HARD DRIVES INCLUDED Monitor not included, I cracked the screen Only issue is that two sticks of ram keep failing the cpu memory test. And the power button on the case is jammed so you have to use the motherboard.
