We were in a bind, and I found a car on Facebook and contacted the poster. Sergio reached back out to me and we were in the office and left that day with the car. There were a few mechanical issues, but Santos was great and set it up to get it repaired, and I was back in my car a few days later! They went out of their way to help me. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a car!

Lemon cars sold me a car I put down $7,000 biweekly paying 374 just got car in March March 8 I believe car stopped working end of June was barely made 3 months check engine light came on and transmission went out I got the car towed to they shop like they told me spent money for that and had just paid on. My car note same day I called to see the status of the vehicle and was told the transmission needs repairs I asked if we could get another car I was told if I drove over 200,000 anything can happen she stated she wasn’t a mechanic my dad and grandpa were certified in CA and they stated no transmissions don’t go out that fast this was an issue that’s been there and they trying to place blame on me it’s not fair people got kids and families and it’s already a struggle so to be doing this to people is pure evil told me I can pay 2400 in total 1200 now for they guys to start work then another 1200 when it’s done  to repair the transmission lol why would I do that when I already put 8,830 Into the car this is shady business then I asked if I can get another car being that I spent all that money I was told they had to check the miles to see if I drove over 200,000 the car sat for a month in the shop right after getting it because someone hit my door and we went through insurance to fix it  the car had already looked like it was sitting for a while cus I seen it before getting the car just driving by the lot it was sitting at the lot like all that money lost and they knew the transmission was bad that’s not something that just happens over night I’m pissed all that money out of a car and lost out on all the money paid and all thy can say is nothing
