Description

These are unique in that the plates are actually threaded and take the place of spin down collars. You can even put regular standard 1” plates on the inside of these to increase the weight. Currently each one has 4 plates (5 lb x 2 and 3lb x 2) or 16 pounds plus weight of bar. Approximately 18 pounds total for each dumbbell. Currently selling on eBay for $120 plus shipping for one and it’s less weight. See my last pic. Please check out my other posts for items such as standard and Olympic weights, barbells (new and used), benches, racks, mats, punching and kick bags, kettlebells, and dumbbells of all types and sizes.
