Description

This is a handmade poodle skirt that was made to be a Halloween costume about 15 years ago. The material is a felt-type material with Velcro closure on one side. The poodle is a little bit loose on one leg and the poofy tail, but other than that, it's in great condition! It's been kept in a smoke free house in my closet safely for the past 15+ years.
