JBL Northridge N38 N38ii Floorstanding Speakers

Classic JBL Northridge Series N38ii’s. These are just one step down from their high-end Studio Line, but a step up from Infinity’s Entra Series of the same generation. JBL only continued the line for one more generation before discontinuing it. Their high sensitivity of 90dB makes them a great match for lower powered systems, but can handle up to 175w max. The 3-way design delivers a cohesive soundstage with a full frequency range from a low 45hz all the way up to 20khz. I bought these secondhand to use as mains for my home theater system. They came with some slight flaws. The major one has slight water damage where the trim laminate meets the face. Another issue is one of the terminal cups had its terminals broken completely off, so the previous owner hard wired speaker cables internally. Other minor issues are the other speaker has its original product label start to peel from the back of the speaker, and one grill is slightly blemished from some staining that might come off if u try to clean it. Other than that, they are hard to find, all grills have their pegs, all cones and drivers are intact, free of damage, fully functional, sound great and play flawlessly! Take advantage and upgrade your sound system on the cheap. Selling because I upgraded. Parting it out on eBay would make more money, but it would be a shame to do that to a complete and functioning set. JBL towers always disappear from OfferUp quickly.
