Comes with everything as shown as well as a carrying case and extra kickstand feet as the built-in kickstand is weak (common with these ystems). Original launch day console used fairly but treated well over the years. Sticks have some drift which is a common issue with these controllers. Left joystick has issue where L3 input isn’t detected (may need to be opened up to repair). $140 OBO.
