Almost like new!!! unbelievable set THAT IS MADE OF REAL WOOD AND STIRDY, pictures up of ocean at window....not like the cheap ones made now!!!!! includes washer/drier. Separate!"Over 700$ worth of food /dishes, cups, Pots, pans..sushi kit..enormous amount of all food..frig filled ! truly a full set even vacuum that works! All works. Stove lights up. Microwave, refrigerator/ freezer/ sink, washer attached we use to put food in as there is a washer/drier included as add on to set! This is a truly huge set for some lucky kid out there. For sure its worth over 1200$ with all included.( especially all the food ) coffee maker/ blender/ toaster / so much included ! Im selling for 275 $ SO I can buy a shelving unit for other toys/games for my daughter as she IS FINALLY growing out of this. Includes 3 baby dolls. 2 of them never used. My price is FIRM AS ITS A STEAL !!!! the main part of the set does NOT COME APART so a open truck or SUV is needed.. THE washer/ drier is included but stands separate from the unit so easy to transport. The stand holding all the food is not included so please bring bags and containers to put all the food etc into.
